My front desk experience checking in and out was great, my pool and Jacuzzi time was great and due to Phyllis and Sharon, my housekeeping experience was great. Lisa M. - Baltimore, MD (9/30/13)
When I arrived at the reception, the hotel receptionist asked me if I had a preference for the floor as regards with my room (ground floor, first floor...) as it was late (around 11 p.m.) and as it was my second step of a long business trip in the US. I got a room on the last floor with few neighbors, and it was a really nice stay, without any noise! Julie R. - Belgium (9/27/13)
Dalinda, Roshida (I don't know if I spelled it correctly), Pam, Phyllis and I think her name was Jessica were great. Every time I called them they responded in positive ways. I frequent hotels, and I will return to this one. Elmira P. - Hampton, VA (9/30/13)
